Service Rates Bossa have the ability to tailor IT support rates for clients based on their requirements. These rates are available in many different configurations. Bossa’s flexability also allows customers to create the ideal support model for their environment.
Ad Hoc : Fixed rates for each level of support. This is a set rate for each service which is scalable based on required response times.
Contracts : Year, half year, Quarterly or Monthly service agreements where a reduced rate per hour is charged based upon a minimum usage policy.
Prepaid : The ability for a client to set the amount they wish to spend on IT support. Billed at a reduced hourly rate.
